Interesting that the light pollution map is from CPRE, and is titled “England’s” blight, but shows light clusters in Wales and Scotland. I wonder if that just happens to be because there were responses so the blank areas in those countries don’t necessarily mean they enjoy freedom from light pollution.
It's indeed interesting to note the title "England's blight" on the light pollution map from CPRE, especially when it shows light clusters in Wales and Scotland. The presence of light clusters in those areas might be due to responses received, and the blank areas may not necessarily indicate freedom from light pollution. It raises questions about the scope of the data collection and whether similar patterns would emerge with more comprehensive responses from Wales and Scotland. https://bit7.org/drift-boss.html
What an interview, thank you
Matej..... that made me tear up. What a decent man.
Don’t people on Wales turn on the lights?
I was thinking that too 😁
