I live in Pittsburgh, PA and I've been to Fallingwater several times. I loved the idea of this building but I wouldn't want to live there. FLW wasn't a very nice man but his structures are distinctive and Fallingwater is sort of magic. Cold dampness isn't a comfort zone for me.

I was in Belgium in 1992-1993, but I missed the puzzling situation that is Baarle. I stayed with my husband, son, and gave birth to my second son there. A vivid experience, my school hours spent learning French helped me communicate with half of the population and the Flemish people had a better command of English.

Animal gender in children's books is topic of interest for humans who have read countless books to kiddos. Richard Scarry handled that topic by having so many lovable characters who were so busy living lives in all colors. My favorite was Lowly Worm❤️

This was my first viewing of a Six Things letter. I do like it!

Thanks Lev. Fallingwater, wow. Something quite David Lynch about it.

Thank you. I immediately sent the Frank Lloyd Wright page to 2 people, one an architect, and the other someone who has visited as many of his buildings as possible. And very pleased to see that there is a Chartres labyrinth near me. I did the Reality quiz but must go back and read some of the other options as it will be fascinating to see how other people think about all this.

Baarle is mind-bending! Worth reading Borderlines by Lewis Baston for more on this and many other quirks and insights about European borders.
